Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, seafood sales experience is a plus. This role offers a competitive hourly rate along with commission incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, with a focus on upselling our products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to generate new leads and close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, seafood industry.
• Strong cold calling skills and comfort with making outbound calls.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
