We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Client Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service, with specific experience in managing customer inquiries and orders on E-commerce platforms. As an integral part of our e-commerce operations, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
Manage and maintain customer relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage product reviews and ratings on all E-Commerce platforms, addressing any issues or negative feedback proactively.
Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products, promotions, and campaigns to customers.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
Assist with other e-commerce-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service, with a focus on E-commerce a must.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, to manage orders, listings, and customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce best practices.
Inside sales experience a plus!
