is seeking a Shipping / Warehouse person for our facility in Cleveland TN. This is a full-time, hourly paid position with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

What youll do

• Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management. Identify process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines.
• Perform forklift duties and learn to containerize basic loads.
• Consolidate and inspect each pallet for proper quantities to customer pick lists.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using a forklift, pallet jack.
• Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments and record indirect time in a timely manner.

Minimum qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Lift truck experience preferred
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
