Responsibilities:

Provide Comprehensive Residential Construction Estimates for residential single family floor plans. Update project management software with estimates, purchase orders and budgets.

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies to optimize procurement processes
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and service levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production planning and logistics requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Stay updated on market trends and new products to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and purchasing systems
- Familiarity with production planning, logistics, and supply chain management concepts
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong supplier relationships
- Proficient in analyzing data and making informed purchasing decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,500.00 per year
