The successful candidates will assist the Teacher in the responsibilities of the day-to-day management of Vinco Academy. They will assist in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the Lead Teacher.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
HOURS OF WORKFulltime, possible weekends
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with customers and staff.
Other Skills And Abilities
Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting as required. Proper lifting techniques required, may include lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Provide a safe, structured, and educational environment.
- Assisting in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the Program Director.
- Coordinating daily activities and supervising aides in the absence of the Lead Teacher.
- Must be available to assist program staff with questions, scheduling conflicts, appropriate training, company policy and procedure, and regulations.
- Provides leadership as an interdisciplinary team member.
- To enforce compliance of all Vinco Academy’s policies and procedures
- Aide in compliance with all State and Local regulatory agencies
- Administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: Scheduling, training, documentation review, guidance.
- To perform other related duties as required or assigned.
- Technologically Proficient
- Excellent customer service skills
- Managerial experience (preferred)
- Effective communicator both oral and written.
- FBI fingerprint, PA Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, Physician Approval
HOURS OF WORKFulltime, possible weekends
