Lehigh Valley Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Near Bethlehem, PA
We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our team. Must be self-motivated, outgoing and reliable with a positive attitude. Duties include answering phones, greeting and dismissing patients, insurance verification and processing. Resolving billing matters and discussing co-pays with patients and scheduling. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in processing dental claims, resubmitting claims and resolving insurance issues
- Experience in scheduling and being able to maintain a full schedule.
- Strong customer service with the ability to communicate with patients
- One-year dental experience
No nights or weekend hours!
