This is a full-time hybrid role for an Indirect Sourcing Manager Americas at Leica Microsystems. The Indirect Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for non-production goods and services, ensuring cost-effective procurement processes, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role will involve working both at the Deerfield, IL location and remotely. Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
• Knowledge of supplier management and vendor relationship management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certifications in supply chain management or procurement is a plus
