Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a qualified candidate for a Full TimeMedical Assistant position in our Missoula, Montana clinic.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Perform routine and basic front and back-office duties, to include phones, data entry.
• Assist in the examination process of patients under the direction of a physician.
• Measures vital signs. 
• Maintaining patients’ charts.
• Draw and collect blood samples and/or urine samples from patients.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Conduct a variety of diagnostic tests such as EKGs, PFTs and Doppler. 

You Must Have:

• Graduation from an accredited vocational Medical Assistant program, and/or military equivalent.
• High school diploma
• 3-5 years of medical assistant experience. 
• Knowledge of EMR systems required.
• CPR/ BLS certification required.
• The ability to organize plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize and have good time management.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong attention to detail
• The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
• A medical clearance that consists of passing an N95 respirator fit test, pass a Tuberculosis/TB test and receive a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or pass a Hepatitis A/B Titer test.

Preferred to Have:

• Associates degree in medical assisting

• Experience in multiple medical specialties.

Typical Day: 

• Position is located ONSITE at our Missoula Office: 2819 Great Northern Loop, Ste. 100, Missoula, MT 59808
• Shifts are Mon- Fri with rotating Saturdays 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits:

Hourly Rate 6% quarterly bonus potential and an annual merit increase!

MA Level II (1-3 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma and HS Diploma/GED) = $18.75 -$20 per hour

MA Level III (3-5 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma and HS Diploma/GED) = $20- $21 per hour

MA Level IV (5 yrs of exp. plus MA certification and HS Diploma/GED) = $22.50- $23.50 per hour
