Leidos is Hiring a Business Process Analyst Near Washington, DC
Primary Responsibilities
- Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
- Develops solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding of domain knowledge.
- Communicates with internal and client project team members.
- Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
- Researching best business practices within and outside the organization
- Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity, customer initiatives and cost reduction.
- Requires a BA degree and over 2 years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree 10 plus years of experience may be considered.
- Support help desk operations with problem and incident optimization
- Streamline process flows to enhance issue handling time in help desk operations
- Develop reports and recommendations for process improvements
- Solid understanding of key communications tools, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
Pay RangePay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
