Job DescriptionPremier package printing company in the Raleigh, NC region is searching to hire a day shift Bindery/ Folding Manager to oversee high speed folding operations.
Responsibilities include:
Starting salary $90,000 - $110,000 benefits, 401k match and relocation pkg.

Responsibilities include:
- Direct, lead and monitor miniature folding operations over 3 shifts.
- Responsible for quality and on-time production of miniature folded products.
- Ensure that Continuous Improvement Practices are adhered to and monitored.
- Use Continuous Improvement Practices to improve efficiencies and to reduce down time and waste.
- Use metrics and KPI's to make fact-based decisions to improve production and processes.
- Work with co-department managers, sales and shipping to ensure products are produced on time meeting and/or exceeding client expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the folding/bindery industry.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience managing bindery/finishing or high speed mini-folding operations.
- Proven track record using Lean Mfg. or Continuous Improvement Practices in a manufacturing environment to improve efficiencies.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical packaging industry a plus.
- Excellent employee relationship, mentoring and team building skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- PC proficient.
