Job DescriptionJOB IS LOCATED IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA. COMPANY PROVIDES RELOCATION.Premier personalized printing, and converting company in Las Vegas, NV is in growth mode. The company is searching to hire a Personalization Production Manager for 2nd shift.
Responsibilities include:
Starting salary range $100,000 - $110,000 benefits, 401k match and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate production activities of employees in the data and converting departments.
- Manage and oversee the daily production schedules in all manufacturing including several production lines and up to 200 employees.
- Ensure products are produced on time meeting and/or exceeding quality requirements.
- Evaluate KPI's and metrics and make production adjustments based on numbers.
- Use operational resources to keep costs in budget.
- Coordinate with maintenance on machine repair and maintenance in a timely manner.
- Review raw materials and supplies.
- Track and review waste to ensure efficient use of materials. Make adjustments as needed for improvements.
- Manage the selection, training & development of personnel.
- Take part in safety program.
- Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in personalized data manufacturing or related field.
- Excellent leadership & mentoring skills. Spend 80% of time on manufacturing floor.
- Proven track record using Continuous Improvement Practices to improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
- Comfortable on a busy manufacturing floor working with hourly employees and temp workers.
- Organized and structured background.
- Able to make clear and concise decisions.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong PC skills.
- Able to work 2nd shift.
