Position : Business Development Associate Manager
Location : Knoxville, TN Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Island Campus

Role Overview :

As the Business Development Associate Manager at Explore Industries, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our pool business as a key member of our Business Development team. This role requires strong collaboration across multiple departments to execute our new dealer recruitment strategies. You will help provide marketing analysis across the United States and Canada, facilitate new dealer contracts, assist with new dealer training, and the creation of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completed market analysis across assigned DMAs and provide market share insights
• Manage new dealer onboarding process and set up
• Service as technical expert for CRM and dealer lead assignments
• Complete new dealer contracts and certificate of insurance requirements
• Establish standard operating procedures for business development key processes and activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful dealer events
• Create marketing materials for new dealer onboarding process
• Support sales team and distribution staff to provide exceptional customer service to our business partners.

Skills and Qualifications :

• 3-5 years relevant marketing, business development, or analytical experience
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and creating recommended actions
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Background in B2B business development, sales, or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree.
