DescriptionJOB SUMMARYAs a Manufacturing Paint & Sandblast Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $27.00-$32.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

- Oversees production operations on assigned shift.
- Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversees the shift workflow and assignments of the production shift.
- Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
- Trains and manages production employees on the assigned shift.
- Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly.
- Troubleshoots issues that arise.
- Notifies maintenance department of equipment problems.
- Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
- Works with the management team in hiring qualified department candidates.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Manages to maintain a clean and organized shift.
- Activity involved in 5S and Kaizen events.
- Utilizes Lean 6 Sigma Management Principles and practices.
- Responsible for the quality of production produced on the shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in an industrial setting
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Demonstrated experience using Lean 6 Sigma management principles and practices.
