Leixir Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Smithfield, RI

Leixir Dental Laboratories are full-service state-of-the-art dental labs which offer a complete range of leading-edge dental products. Our labs represent a perfect balance between innovative technology and traditional methods. We are the leader in state-of-the-art cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and our labs are committed to providing you the best, most up-to-date products and services.

This position is fully on-site and will work out of Precision Craft Dental Lab. The working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 until 5:00 and Friday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.

What you do

  • Be the initial point of contact for the office, greeting guests, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests, ensuring all visitors are directed to the appropriate person/department
  • Maintain a calendar of expected visitors and ensure they are properly greeted
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and directing calls as necessary
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes them
  • Maintain a clean and professionally presented front desk area
  • Assist in any additional administrative support functions such as expense reports, communication distribution,

What you bring

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, dental industry preferred
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
