We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual for the position of Technology Warehouse Assistant. Responsibilities:

• Product Receiving:
• Receive and inspect incoming audio and video products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Document and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate teams.
• Organize and store received items in the warehouse according to company procedures.
• eBay Account Management:
• Manage all phases of our eBay accounts, including product listings, updates, and order processing.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities to optimize sales and maintain a competitive edge in the audio-video technology market.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to eBay transactions.
• Fleet Management:
• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance schedule for our fleet of vans used for audio-video product deliveries.
• Ensure that all vehicles are in optimal working condition, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Product Delivery:
• Execute timely and accurate deliveries of audio and video technology products to customers and retail partners.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor during all delivery interactions.
• Record and report any delivery issues or delays to the relevant departments.
• Stock Tracking:
• Implement and maintain an efficient system for tracking stock levels of commonly used audio and video items.
• Regularly update stock records to reflect accurate inventory levels.
• Generate reports on stock movements and provide insights for optimizing warehouse operations.
• Cross-Departmental Support:
• Assist other departments as needed, including customer service, sales, and technical support.
• Collaborate with team members to meet overall company goals.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using eBay and other e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as required.
• Willingness to contribute and assist in various departments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
