Cunningham Property Management Corp – Siesta Key Florida

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Scheduled days off are Sunday and Tuesday. Must be available to work Saturdays, 9am - 5pm. Other days will be 8:30am - 4:30pm, along with being on-call for emergencies.

Under the Lemonjuice Solutions umbrella, Cunningham Property Management is a successful and developing company seeking a motivated individual. We manage many properties from Siesta Key to St. Augustine and pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service orientation and prompt repairs and service. The position includes a competitive hourly rate with full benefits. This position is 40 hours per week- along with being on call for after hour’s emergencies.

We are seeking a motivated maintenance technician for one of our Longboat Key resorts. If you enjoy working with an energetic team in a small staff environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain property upkeep, continue with property beautification

· Maintain and repair interior of units including but not limited to (a/c filter changes, programming remotes, unclogging sinks, installing large appliances, installing shower heads, etc.)

· Maintain clean workshop area and keep up to date inventory on what is needed

· Coordinating with contractors for repairs and improvements. Ability to communicate knowledgably with vendors about problems and repairs.

· Assist with property security when necessary

· Order supplies from vendors

Education:

· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
