We are seeking an HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a team of HVAC technicians during the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
2. Coordinate and schedule installation projects to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the installation process.
4. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality standards are met.
6. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members to ensure project success.
7. Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for installations.
8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the installation process.

Requirements:

• HVAC Journeyman’s license.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent listening, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain confidential business and personnel information.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC installation is a plus.
2. Proven experience in HVAC installation, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
6. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
7. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
2. Experience with a variety of HVAC systems and manufacturers.
3. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
