Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our salon management software
- Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to communicate with clients who speak different languages

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of technical sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is desirable
