Job Position: Security Officer 

What You'll Do: 

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors. 
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, and disturbances, and take appropriate action to maintain order and protect individuals and property. 
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to identify and address any security risks or safety hazards. 
• Enforce community policies and procedures, including access control measures and visitor screening, to maintain a secure environment. 
• Provide assistance and support to residents and staff as needed, including escorting individuals to their destinations and responding to service requests. 
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as necessary to address security concerns and incidents. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. 
• Strong observation and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. 
• Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and respecting the rights and dignity of others. 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and cooperation. 
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform security patrols for extended periods.

Schedule: 6A - 2P Friday, Saturday, & Monday with some flexibility when needed (Part Time) 

Starting Pay: $18.93/hr
