Lend-A-Loan is growing and is looking for a driven Loan Officer Trainee ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. You will be the first interaction with clients, and we believe that every call is a chance to make a positive impact. No mortgage experience is necessary- training is provided!
Hourly Commission
We provide training and offer additional resources while you work as a Loan Officer Trainee. It is during this time that you will be working towards your NMLS license and becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday - 9:30-6:00
Friday - 9:30-5:00
Responsibilities
•Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
•Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
•Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
•Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry trends to effectively position products/services
•Studying for the NMLS state exam
Qualifications
•Previous mortgage exp. is a plus, but not required
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•You MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume environment
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
•Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
