About the Role

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our growing team and step into a key general support role that touches different areas of the Purchase Finance business including business strategy, compliance & operations, provider and partner management. This is a great opportunity for you to identify areas to streamline/improve business processes and have a meaningful impact across all our stakeholders – borrowers, merchants and business partners/vendors.

What You'll Do

Merchant/Provider Support

• Manage Provider Training – Process, Issues & Content Management
• Borrower and Provider disclosure management
• Manage and enhance Provider Operating procedures
• Collateral – Updates, Audits and Inventory Management
• Partner with Business Development Team to develop new Sales Tools
• Oversee Provider Communications

Partner Management

• Bread Financial/ADS Relationship Management
• Bread Financial/ADS Joint Marketing Fund Management & Oversight
• Coordination of joint projects
• Manage new Lenders & Relationships as the PF business evolves

About You

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Support Professional or Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to understand and communicate both the functional (business) needs and the analytical / technology needs of organization and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, roll up your sleeves kind of environment

Work Location
San Francisco or Lehi

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Time Zone Requirements 

Local hours (PT, MT)
Travel Requirements 
If you need to travel for work, LendingClub will cover your travel related expenses. 

Compensation

The target base salary range for this position is 65,000-100,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings) and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
