About The RoleThe primary function of the Bank Operations Reconciliation Analyst is complete daily verification of transaction entries from Payment Applications to the company ledger. They must be able to analyze outages and identify processing or system issues causing the difference in reconcilement. They must provide direction or guidance to the Sr Manager, Bank Operations Reconciliation and staff to clear entries bringing banks general ledger and Payment System applications in line.
What You'll Do
  • Completing daily reconciliation of accounts related to Payment Applications across the Lending and Banking businesses
  • Analyze data and process flows to identify breaks
  • Communication corrective action needed to Banking Ops staff to adjust System to GL.
  • Complete daily Controls Charts and reporting on major process to identify both processing and financial impacts
  • Complete End of Month reconciliation for certification
  • Communicates with managers and supervisors to resolve any reporting problems or errors
  • Develop procedures and provide updates as necessary with process or system changes
  • Be SME on major Payment Systems data flow: ACH, Debit Card, Check and International Wires
  • Maintain a positive work environment with coworkers to ensure coverage
  • Escalate potential Fraud on Debit Card/ATM transactions
  • Effectively communicate with other teams within the bank that have direct impact on accounts managed by bank operations. ie Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Finance

About You
  • 2-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills to identify potential losses, system breaks, or processing issues
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple internal and external applications to complete reconciliations
  • Able to work during normal business hours Monday- Friday
  • Organized and structured in End-to-End Processing of different Payments Applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to learn new software applications as needed and adapt to changes
  • Must pay attention to detail
  • Accounting/ Mathematics Skills

  • Must be able to multi-task and change direction with little to no notice
Work LocationLehi, Boston
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
