Lendzi is actively searching for a self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative for business loans. Lendzi is a leader in the FinTech space and is a direct lender that caters to small and mid-sized businesses through technology-driven financing. Where banks fail, Lendzi provides the capital solutions for businesses.

Recently founded in 2020, Lendzi is experiencing rapid growth and would like you to be the right fit for our growing sales team. We will provide you the leads, training and resources needed to achieve success; both professionally and financially. We are looking for a hungry individual who thrives in an environment where all eyes are on them to succeed. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 

Responsibilities:

• Taking warm in-house generated leads of business owners requesting assistance

• Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to closing

• Positive attitude and desire to work hard

• Discipline & commitment

• High degree of passion and energy for to succeed

• Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills

• Strong phone skills, and the willingness to work

• Have an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with business owners

Position Qualifications:

• Must be hard working, competitive, and highly motivated and punctual

• Applicants must be RESULTS – DRIVEN and persistent

• Bachelor’s degree preferred upon expected graduation date

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong phone skills

• Honest and Professional

• Intermediate computer skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• No previous industry experienced required

Job Type: Full-time/OnSite

Pay: $45,000 Base Commission ($40k-$120k)
