Company DescriptionFinanceJob DescriptionResponsible for assisting Employee Relations (ER) Specialists with various ER projects and supporting ER Specialists on internal investigations regarding work-related issues.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree- 2 years Human Resources experience- Experience working in a large, complex organization is preferredDuties and Responsibilities:- Provide administrative, data management, and reporting support to ER Specialists on various ER Projects- Manage reports from HRCM and other HR systems (requires strong excel skills)- Assist ER Specialists with the investigation of employee relations concerns (e.g., complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related issues), including reviewing relevant information/documentation to prepare the ER Specialist to conduct interviews, drafting talking points to close out investigations, and drafting disciplinary documentation- Manage cases in HRCM for each investigation including input of interviews and other investigation materialsKnowledge & Skills:- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect- Exceptional detail and follow-up skills- Ability to balance competing priorities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
