The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our Cash Management, Collateral Management, Accounting, and Accounts Payables processes. The ideal candidate should have experience with relevant applications and systems, possess a solid understanding of corporate finance and banking, and contribute to efficient and accurate reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of Corporate Finance, Banking, or Treasury experience.
- Strong familiarity with Cash Management, Collateral Management, Accounting, and Accounts Payables processes.
- Experience with financial software applications, including CashPro, Access, BOA Works, eBAM, Integrity, PaymodeX, ACH, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Business analysis and product management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma) are a plus. - Process Familiarity: Develop a deep understanding of Cash Management, Collateral Management, Accounting, and Accounts Payables processes within the Treasury department.
- Application Expertise: Utilize your experience with applications such as CashPro, Access, BOA Works, eBAM, Integrity, PaymodeX, ACH, and ERP systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Treasury processes and procedures, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, and IT, to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to cash management, collateral management, and accounts payables, ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports to management on cash flow, collateral, and accounts payable metrics, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
