YOUR PURPOSE Lennar is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Analyst with a unique combination of business analysis and product management skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and product management, ensuring that our solutions align with strategic goals and customer requirements. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis and product management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Business analysis and product management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma) are a plus. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements and specifications.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the strategic vision of the organization.
- Prioritize feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to create user-friendly and innovative product solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and product functionality.
- Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed.
- Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions to meet business requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations.
