YOUR PURPOSE

Lennar is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Analyst with a unique combination of business analysis and product management skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and product management, ensuring that our solutions align with strategic goals and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements and specifications. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the strategic vision of the organization. Prioritize feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer feedback. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to create user-friendly and innovative product solutions. Facilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide updates on project progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and product functionality. Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed. Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance. Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions to meet business requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations.

Bachelors degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in business analysis and product management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools. Business analysis and product management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% travel time is required.
