Lennox Co. | Corporate Gifting is Hiring an Account Manager Near Denver, CO

At Lennox Company, we elevate the standard of corporate gifting by crafting unforgettable unboxing experiences that combine high-quality products, innovative decoration techniques, and one-of-a-kind packaging. Specializing in everything from conferences to president's clubs, and from client appreciation to marketing campaigns, we deliver customized gifting solutions for fast-growing, powerhouse companies. Our women-owned, Denver-based team has successfully managed the gifting, launches, and rebranding for a myriad of companies, including many Fortune 500s.

As an Account Manager, you will become an essential part of Lennox’s foundational team, taking on ownership of our inbound client interest, and transforming it into strong, customized gifting packages. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar space, has exceptional client relationship, project management, and sourcing skills. Reporting directly to our Co-Founder, this role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth in this early stage and critical time. You will join a small, entrepreneurial female-led 5-person team that is driven, collaborative, and creative. 

This is a hybrid in-office role based in Denver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of gifting projects from conception to delivery, keep programs organized in our CTM, ensuring we exceed all client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with incoming clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored gifting solutions.
  • Sourcing: Identify and source high-end products that meet and exceed client requests. 
  • Package Creation: Develop and propose creative, unique, high-quality gifting proposals for each client’s customized requests. 
  • Vendor Identification and Management: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring profitability while delivering high-value products to clients.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously offer fresh and exciting gifting solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of account management experience, preferably in product development, gifting, corporate events, or a related field.
  • Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated ability to efficiently and cost-effectively source high-end goods that meet client specifications and quality standards.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with corporate gifting, event management, or related fields such as product development or luxury goods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and information to clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven strong project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective contingency plans.
  • Networking: Strong network within the corporate gifting or related industries, with the ability to leverage industry connections to source unique and high-quality products.

Base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The total compensation package will include a bonus and benefits stipend.
