Job DescriptionRole Responsibilities
- Coordinates a variety of action items to sustain improvements made during Kaizen Events.
- Monitors 30-day follow-up activities and reports.
- Facilitates Point Kaizen events.
- Participates in daily and week-long Kaizen Events.
- Develops standard operations sheets and all applicable forms/flow charts created during Kaizen events.
- Helps build a CI culture across the organization.
- Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations.
- Interested and capable in solving problems.
- Demonstrated effective team player.
- Helps oversee SQDC, 5S, Hr x Hr boards for compliance to standards.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two (2) years of college courses, preferred.
- Two (2) or more years working in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on type of person who can: drive a forklift, use basic hand tools (tape measure, drill, saw).
- Can perform basic math calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication.
