Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Campaign Operations Specialist, you will support and execute the day-to-day lead generation and conversion strategies that drive growth in our Lennox Commercial HVAC business.
This newly-created role reports to the Manager of Marketing Operations. You will help to build and execute our playbook of omnichannel, growth-driving campaigns in direct partnership with Revenue Operations, Field Sales, and our Marketing and Product Management teams. This involves implementing and optimizing marketing workflows for “customer journeys,” and continuously analyzing performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include
  • Campaign Execution: Implement the delivery of automated and strategic custom journeys from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This involves coordinating and collaborating with marketing content resources to create, track and execute lead generating and nurturing marketing campaigns through emails, landing pages, forms, etc., while applying an experimentation mindset to consult and drive results.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Provide data-driven insights based on program benchmarks to monitor campaign results, ensuring maximum return on marketing efforts.
  • Segmentation: Understand, develop and continually review B2B audience segments as the foundation for our communication efforts to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion of prospects within the lead pipeline.
  • Website Optimization: Work closely with IT and development resources to identify website improvement opportunities that will enhance user experience while optimizing to attract and convert leads.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline marketing processes, workflows, and database hygiene, including standardizing critical marketing audience data points to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years related experience with marketing operations or a related role, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Website CMS platforms (dotCMS is a plus), Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM software.
  • A basic understanding of website architecture and utilizing website tools and WYSIWYG editors.
  • A proven track record in email marketing with ability to build emails, dashboards and reports to track campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to deliver high-quality work against appropriate timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
