What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Be Doing
- Work with executive management to set overall marketing strategy, including the financial metrics for marketing programs. Plan and execute a marketing budget in support of business goals.
- Develop and lead a high performing marketing team that will plan and execute innovative marketing and advertising programs in support of business goals.
- Lead commercialization strategy and execution for new product introductions in collaboration with product management and sales.
- Develop and oversee customer facing elements and touchpoints including digitization strategy and customer events.
- Design and maintain merchandising guidelines for our brands, generating new and innovative ideas while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
- Manage, develop, and implement sales enablement processes, promotion policies, programs, and initiatives to maximize the return on our marketing investment and support business goals.
- Research, evaluate and recommend enhancements to the market positioning of the organization's products or services.
- Direct promotion programs to align with defined company marketing and sales strategy.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies.
- Adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Liaise with other business unit marketing leaders to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years related experience, including marketing to wholesale distribution.
- Strong business acumen and expertise in marketing strategy and best practices.
- Ability to manage a team and lead cross-functional work groups.
- Preferably someone with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies.
