Job Summary:

Are you a hard-working and reliable individual looking to join a well-established team? Lenny's Home Service is seeking a General Laborer to support our crew specializing in renovations and repairs for manufactured homes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in construction and underground plumbing specific to manufactured housing. You will play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently, while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled technicians with various construction tasks, carpentry, drywall, flooring, siding, and roofing manufactured homes.
• Participate in underground plumbing work specific to manufactured homes, such as assisting with pipe installation, repair, and replacement.
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and potential hazards.
• Operate power tools and some heavy equipment under proper supervision and following safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting technicians during client interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Experience working with manufactured homes is a plus.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks that require lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
