Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist in coordinating seating arrangements

Skills:

- Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service and guest relations abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a helpful attitude
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
