We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a proven track record in both customer service and sales. The Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, scheduling and training new assistants, filling in for the General Manager as necessary and successfully leading the team to meet sales goals. The Assistant Manager will also be required to handle cash transactions, create daily sales reports and use our computer reservation system to track incoming reservations.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Be able to interact and communicate with others, especially in stressful situations.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Establish rules and policies for others to follow.
• Improve service quality, increase sales, and cut waste.
• Gather data from customer feedback forms and other sources to identify customer satisfaction trends.
• Analyze financial statements to determine how the store is performing financially.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
