In this position you will often be a client's first contact with our office so it is imperative that you are comfortable interacting with people, and that you have the requisite patience and demeanor to deal with people in need of services.

Computer literacy is essential, so the ability to use computers, printers and scanners in an efficient manner is a requisite skill. Proficiency in Office 365 (Word and Excel) is also a requirement.

Exact experience in law is not essential but please be willing to learn and become proficient in a relatively short amount of time.

You must be RELIABLE, possess a generally pleasant disposition and be able to commute to our office in Staten Island, New York during each workday.. The firm is rapidly expanding so this position offers incredible growth opportunity.
