THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION FOR THREE DAYS A WEEK FROM 9:3O-5:30 IN OUR STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK OFFICE.
Note that individual applying MUST have previous experience as a NYC Residential Real Estate Paralegal / Office Assistant.
Applicants must be required to understand and have experience with the following tasks:
1. Complete File Management of a Residential Real Estate File from open to close
2. Using NYC ACRIS or similar system.
3. Prepare Draft Contracts from Templates provided.
4. Basic understanding of Title Reports and their clearance.
5. Basic understanding of Mortgages and Lenders.
6. Using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
Experience working in a CRM (specifically CLIO) is encouraged.
Experience working within a NY Title Company may permit additional hours and/or opportunities to the right candidate.
