Role & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients via phone, email, and in-person, providing an outstanding first impression of the firm.
- Collect and organize client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all communications.
- Assess the nature of client inquiries and act as an intermediary between the reviewing attorney and the client for follow-up questions from the reviewing attorney.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a detailed calendar of client consultations.
- Print and file intake forms for potential clients who are not scheduled for consultations.
- Maintain a running tally of client intake on a daily basis to be incorporated into a monthly Excel spreadsheet.
- Interview third party witnesses.
- Work with clients to respond to written discovery requests in litigation.
- Digest deposition transcripts.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling client information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload without losing focus or becoming overwhelmed.
