We are looking for BOTH back of house and front of house team members.

We are looking for team members with a great attitude, work ethic and a desire to work in customer service. There are full or part time positions ranging from early morning to evening hours.

You don’t have to have kitchen or food and beverage experience but experience is a big plus! We are absolutely willing to train those showcasing a willingness to learn, great customer service and positive attitudes.

Responsibilities Font of House:

- assisting customers with their orders, completing the coffee/beverage (including juices and smoothies) portion of service.

- cashing folks out for the market/retail items available

- offering excellent, upbeat, positive, and personable customer service to all of our guests.

- side work tasks including restocking everything needed for front of house operations, cleaning the dining area, setting up and putting away patio furniture.

- responsible for answering the phone and taking orders over the phone as needed.

- assisting the kitchen to pack orders together when things get busy.

Responsibilities for Back of House:

- Meal preparation and service

- Assist with menu planning and food preparation of all sandwiches, salads, soups, and putting together the bulk of the orders.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

- Assist and complete side work tasks including cleaning your work space, restocking, creating back ups, and other kitchen related tasks.

- Assisting in all dishes and closing side work

- Filling up and creating the grab and go items available.

Requirements:

- A great attitude and work ethic. This is a great first job for someone interested in getting their foot in the door to the food and beverage industry. For the right candidates, training for our other business, Salt & Bubbles Wine Bar and Market (Must be 18 ) is also an option.
- Kitchen or food handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and cooking equipment
- A love of food and customer service - we can teach you the skills but you have to be enthusiastic about local ingredients, good food, and being in the hospitality world.
