RN - Surgical Nephrology Opportunity

Schedule:

• Full Time (36 hours per week)
• 12-hour shifts

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $78,000 to $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible candidates

Role Overview: As an RN in our Surgical Nephrology department, you will:

• Deliver specialized care to patients with nephrological conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Advocate for patient rights and well-being.
• Facilitate educational opportunities for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in nursing practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of Washington upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in the area of specialty.
