Leominster Public SchoolsSky View Middle SchoolSchool NurseLeominster Public Schools is looking for a full time school nurse.
Position DescriptionPrimary function will be to co-manage the health office for Sky View Middle school and float to
other schools as needed.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
making referrals to social services, communicating with parents as appropriate,
and completing workers compensation Reports of Injury in cases of faculty or
staff injuries
Secondary Education, and to the school district.
QualificiationsCurrent Massachusetts Nursing License – BSN preferred
Three years nursing experience, preferably in a community, public health, or school setting
DESE School Nurse Licensure preferred
CPR and First Aid certification

- Educates the school community in healthy practices, and acts as a health
- Creates a climate of physical and mental health and well-being to minimize
QualificiationsCurrent Massachusetts Nursing License – BSN preferred
Three years nursing experience, preferably in a community, public health, or school setting
