The work is performed under general supervision and reviewed by observation, exception reports, and sampling by the division supervisor.

Attend court eventsRecord court minutesSet hearings on appropriate docketsImplement court ordersIssue capiasAccept and process exhibitsPerforms basic docketing and data entryEntering/updating case dispositionPreparing Judgment & Sentence and other disposition formsPrepare DOC commitment packetsImage and validate documents.Other duties as instructedMay have to work after 5:00pmMay work some weekends and holidaysRegular attendance is required. Licensure or Certification Requirements: Valid Florida Driver’s License as you may be required to attend hearings at our Annex location.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, and ABILITIES: Ability to effectively use business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations and policies.Ability to read and interpret documents such as court pleadings, hand-written and typed.Ability to read and interpret memorandums, calendars and procedure manuals.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Ability to resolve routine and non-routine problems in a professional manner
