We are growing substantially and searching for seasoned project managers to join and support our growth. Our project managers have a proven track record of effectively managing commercial construction projects of $10 to $40 million, and work independently with, and help lead the construction project team. Most importantly our project managers represent LSF to continue to support our reputation of being the desired construction company in our region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor project progress and quality.
  • Manage and analyze project schedules
  • Monitor project costs including subcontractor and preparation of owner billings
  • Attend and conduct project and contractor coordination meetings
  • Coordinate project documentation such as submittals, RFI's, project drawings, and design changes.

Desired, but not required, skills:

  • Experience with CPM scheduling software such as P6, P3 or Microsoft Project
  • PMP (Project Management Profession)
  • LEED BD C
  • DBIA (Designated Design-Build Professional)
  • Experience with Procore software
