Production Controller, 1st Shift
Summary:
 

Performs various production control activities including gathering data and creating reports in order to track progress of production, monitoring work orders control of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.

Resolves material shortages via SAP research, in-house routing executions, and warehouse prioritization

2.

Manage & improve flow of material from warehouse to assembly and through build cycle

15%

3.

Support unplanned activities, such as CANN orders, AOG activities, and troubleshooting to ensure FAL helicopter assembly

15%

4.

Releases production work orders according to Master Production Schedule

10%

5.

Coordinate the movement of parts back to stock during and after aircraft build completion

10%

6.

Coordinate activity with other departments impacting assembly

10%

7.

Participate in MRB ( Material review Board)

8.

Coordinate transfers of A/C from assembly to flight line

9.

Attend Production meetings
