Within our Corporate Finance team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking an FP&A Analyst to assist our Nutrition Global Business unit and Ascent team to achieve its sales growth and financial goals by analyzing potential opportunities in conjunction with the Business Development division.

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $68,680 and $80,690 . This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

• Maintain and build financial reports that encompass complex financial and operational elements for both B2B and CPG business segments.
• Support the reporting environment that uses Business Intelligence (BI) architecture. Test and document all reports created, including self-created reports and those by other team members.
• Participate in the month-end close and reconciliation processes, ensuring timely and accurate operational reporting and financial statements.
• Actively participate in the Commercial Execution & Pricing processes, interacting with Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Support business by analyzing opportunities and jointly developing strategies to acquire new and retain existing business.
• Partner with pricing execution teams and Senior Commercial Finance Analysts to validate pricing components and adhere to commercial agreements.
• Operate with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver sustainable accuracy and efficiency improvements across the department.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects consistent with ‘How to Win’ strategies, including sales & operations process improvement, retail trade planning, and reporting enhancement initiatives.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 2 years of experience in finance-related processes, including transactional operations
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field
• Experience with advanced tools like PowerQuery and PowerBI
