We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with expertise in Instrument Panels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of instrument panels and consoles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. You will play a crucial role in delivering complete instrument panels and consoles from concept to launch, while also developing technical roadmaps and creating documentation for system tracking and program metrics.
Summary Of Role

• Lead the design and development of instrument panels and consoles, utilizing CATIA software for 3D modeling and design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design requirements into feasible engineering solutions
• Drive the development of technical roadmaps to guide the execution of projects and achieve strategic objectives
• Create and maintain proper documentation for system tracking and program metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the development process
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges, and propose innovative solutions to optimize design and manufacturing processes
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of collaboration, agility, and bold innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on instrument panels and consoles
• Proficiency in CATIA software for 3D modeling and design
• Proven track record of delivering complete instrument panels and consoles from concept to launch
• Experience developing technical roadmaps and creating documentation for system tracking and program metrics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
