Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac is hiring new talent to add to our amazing team! Family owned and operate since 1968, we pride ourselves on selecting and developing top talent employees.
We are looking for a organized, dependable, quick learner with a pleasant personality to be our full time title clerk / office assistant.
Dealership experience a plus but not required. Duties include but not limited to vehicle titles, payoff of vehicles, filing, switchboard relief, and assisting office as needed.
Experience is helpful but not necessary. Benefits available.
No weekends!

Used Vehicle Titles
Used Vehicle Payoff
Make sure have all paperwork needed for Used Vehicle purchases / trade-ins
Used Vehicles into Inventory
Inventory Washout Sheets
File all invoice, deals, ect.
in correct alphabetical or numerical order
Coping / Scanning
Assist office as needed
Qualifications
Great organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to multi task
Pleasant, positive personality
