Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes and assist with policy changes. 
• Educate, advise, and cross sell clients. 
• Build clientele via warm leads, referrals, networking, and winbacks. 
• Answer client questions, handle objections, and meet sales goals. 
• Assist with payments and update client information.

Requirements

• 20-44, 2-20 Property & Casualty License
• Property and Casualty personal lines insurance customer service experience required.
• Strong computer and technical skills, Hawk soft AMS experience a plus
• Office 365 / SharePoint experience would be a plus
• Professional phone and communication skills necessary
