- Enter AP and AR transactions
- Enter general ledger journal entries
- Setup fixed assets, loans and process payments
- Administrative duties such as answering vendor and customer calls, researching and resolving problems
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Record payroll entries
- University degree in Accounting or Masters of Accountancy
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets including formulas
- Critical thinking
- Motivated self-starter and self-learnerAbility to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
