Hatch: More Than Just Brunch

*Hours of operation: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Guest Relations Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet guests at the door and make sure they feel welcome

· Manage the wait list and quote accurate wait times

· Answering phones and processing to go orders

· Handle third parties such as food vendor deliveries, and DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, etc.

· Administer table check-ins to ensure the guests are having a good experience

· Accommodating general and unique requests

· Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests

· Manage events including setting up and maintaining interior and exterior of restaurant

· MUST BE AVAILABLE during hours of operation and both weekend days!
