Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including desks, chairs, and countertops.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms by cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure common areas such as hallways and break rooms are clean and tidy.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- This position offers the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
- Must be available to work the scheduled hours consistently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the dealership in Gresham is required.
